The 60-Day SYNC: A Motherhood Wellness Reset for Hot Moms
Sometimes I feel like I’m running in circles. Not getting anything for real done, just spinning my wheels with a brain that won’t shut up. I’m exhausted from thinking but somehow still behind on everything. And then—when it’s time to participate in actual life—honestly? It feels overwhelming. If you’re nodding your head right now, girl… same. Motherhood has a way of turning you into the project manager of life.
You’re scheduling the appointments, packing the snacks, being the emotional thermostat of the house, trying to create a magical childhood for your kids and be present in your relationship. But somewhere along the way… you lose sight of yourself. And when you lose yourself, you lose the little habits that keep you grounded. The things that keep you in sync.
That’s why I decided to take 60 intentional days to sync.
Not to push harder.
Not to hustle.
Not to pile more onto my to-do list.
But to reset.
To realign.
To become my favorite version of me again.
Favorite Version of Me:
- The version of me who can breathe deep and re-center even after stepping on the pointiest toy in the house.
- The version who organizes her day around flexible routines—not stress-filled checklists.
- The version who doesn’t beat herself up for not being perfect, but celebrates her progress.
- The version who honors rest as a necessity, not a prize for productivity.
- The version who moves her body for strength, longevity, and peace of mind—not just aesthetics.
- The version who knows life comes in seasons, but also knows she can always sync back to what makes her feel like her.
So, what is The 60-Day SYNC?
It’s a seasonal reset designed to realign your mind, body, spirit, and identity. Not extreme. Not rigid. Just 60 intentional days to bring your habits back into harmony with the woman you’re becoming.
You’ll focus on four pillars:
Y → Yield Stillness
N → Nurture Creativity & Emotional Wellness
C → Cultivate Identity Alignment
S → Strengthen Your Body
Move daily in ways that feel good. Resistance train a few times a week. Eat balanced meals with whole foods and real nutrients (a fruit or vegetable at every meal, aiming for 30g of protein).
- MOVE DAILY; walking, at home workouts, gym based workouts, group fitness classes
- Aim for a fruit or vegetable at every meal (fiber is just as important as protein!!)
- Clean quality protein, aim for about 30g at each meal
Y → Yield Stillness
Create a pause in your day for breathwork, meditation, prayer, or just 3 deep breaths. Because your nervous system deserves regulation as much as your body deserves movement.
- Never underestimate the power of 3 deep breaths with your eyes closed!
- Take 5-15 minutes when you first wake up for quiet. Give gratitude for the day, for the breath in your body, for the stillness.
- Connect with yourself in meditation, connect with something greater than yourself through prayer
N → Nurture Creativity & Emotional Wellness
Do something daily that sparks joy or expression—writing, dancing, cooking, gardening, whatever lights you up outside of your “roles.”
- GET A HOBBY!
- Do that hobby or activity you enjoy before bed to wind down
- Start journaling! Either a brain dump to start your day or a brain dump to end it. Just get those thoughts out your head.
C → Cultivate Identity Alignment
Check in with the woman you are becoming. Let go of what no longer fits—whether that’s clothes, clutter, or old mindsets. Create space for your evolving self.
- Get rid of those old clothes you haven't worn or don't match the energy of the woman you're becoming.
- Declutter your spaces! Your phone, closets, nightstand, countertops, dressers and drawers.
- Do the work to address the negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs, and old mindsets that no longer serve you.
What you’ll gain after 60 days
By the end, you’ll feel stronger, calmer, more grounded, creatively fulfilled, and more aligned with who you actually are.
This isn’t about hustling harder. This is about syncing up to your own rhythm.
Because being a “Hot Mom” isn’t about abs, hair, or matching sets (although… those are cute). It’s about how you feel and operate on the inside.
And when you’re synced up? You radiate from the inside out.
With alignment,
Coach Joi 💛
